Today is a special day. My bulk order of books arrived, One Crazy Broccoli! My Body is Smarter than My Disease. I am excited and at the same time feeling vulnerable that I have placed something so personal, something that I had felt shame towards for so long, on paper and now into a published book. Through this vulnerability, I am finding strength and peace. Do you have a story that you are hiding? Do you have a story that you can share to help and inspire others? I am learning that it is empowering to step out of the shadows and to embrace who I am and to embrace my life's story. A life story that continues to be a most amazing journey of challenge with my own self, heartache, empowerment and triumph!I encourage you to step out, be brave, tell your story and live your life with passion and purpose!
